Tonopah Mining History Museum

OK, people, bring cash, because they don't take VISA for a charge less than $25. They did give us a discount because we were staying in Tonopah, though, so I bought a book.

Nice little museum they're running here. It could use some more signage, but they've done a lot of work and just about every aspect of a mining operation is here for you to look up and get up close to. Lots of stuffin good condition and this is a big important mine, here, not just the Tony's Knob Silver Mine. They yanked a lot of silver out of the ground here.

Friendly staff and not too crowded.
